The ACE Think Tank & Action Team New York seeks to raise awareness of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), promote effective cross-systems response strategies, and mobilize providers and the community to support practices and policies that prevent the occurrence and mitigate the impact of adverse childhood experiences. Meetings held at the UAlbany School of Social Welfare have provided education, knowledge, and tools to agency, policy, and community leaders who are raising awareness of ACE implications and developing ACE-informed policies and programs. This website was identified as a top priority to facilitate connections and sharing of resources.

This website offers links to these resources. The ACE Research Briefing, developed by the Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy for legislators and other policymakers, provides a helpful ACE overview. This ACE Overview and Implications (download here) powerpoint was used for a Prevent Child Abuse New York webinar offered on April 7, 2011.

The Arizona ACE Think Tank and PBS have partnered to raise awareness of ACEs and ACE response strategies. You can also participate in the ACE Consortium blog developed by the Arizona Think tank. The Arizona Think Tank has shared the following powerpoint presentations as resources for you:

The Washington Family Policy Council is sharing their train the trainer program.
